Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Amman. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax documentation. The role involves preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports, as well as analyzing financial data to inform business decisions. Ensuring compliance with financial laws, regulations, and best practices is an integral part of the position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Experience in Auditing and Financial Analysis
- Strong knowledge of Taxation processes and reporting requirements
- Skills in Budget Preparation and Management
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum of 5-15 years of proven experience as an Accountant & Financial Manager
- proffering experience in Jordan tax law and financial analyses
