About the Role
The Compliance Manager will oversee the compliance program, ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on compliance issues and risks.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law,Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CCEP, CRCM,CCIP,CEF) is preferred.
- 10 years of experience working in Compliance, Legal, or Risk Management, preferably in similar industries and international companies. Experience in designing, implementing, monitoring, and auditing compliance frameworks and programs is highly desirable.
Required Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to various departments and the nature of the company's operations, including but not limited to:
- Anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws
- Global competition/antitrust laws
- Export controls
- Human rights
- Third-party risk management (including anti-money laundering, fraud, sanctions)
- Other relevant legislation and regulations
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
