Position Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and creative PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Social Media platforms and Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through well-executed paid media strategies that align with our broader marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PPC strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive keywords and competitor research and audience targeting the different platforms.
- Collaborate with different team members and departments on creating engaging ad copy and landing page optimization to boost campaign performance.
- Setting up and managing PPC campaigns on different platforms.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends and insights
- Adjusting bids and budgets across various campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Running A/B tests on ad copy and creatives to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions, and generate clear, insightful reports
- Staying up to date with PPC and SEM trends, strategies, and best practices
- Collaborating with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive online marketing strategy
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns for 3+ years.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and creatives best practices.
- Experience using Ads tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Amazon Campaign Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-first mindset.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills are important.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across platforms with keen attention to detail.
