Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aqaba for a Telephone Operator. The Telephone Operator will handle incoming and outgoing calls through a switchboard, ensuring effective communication and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, providing accurate information to internal and external parties, and assisting with customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. The Telephone Operator will maintain records of calls and provide support to the reception team when needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Switchboard Operation
- Experience in Customer Support and handling customer communications
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar setting is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Professional, approachable demeanor and excellent problem-solving abilities
