About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to Coordinating and implementing a variety of learning and development activities to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. Identifying training needs, delivering training programs, and creating learning academies to help achieve the company's objectives. Promote online learning through various channels to upskill and reskill employees, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the demands of the future job market.
Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:
- Identifying learning and development needs within the organization based on the company’s overall strategy, employee’s competencies, technical development needs and aligning with futuristic skills
- Handling employees’ development learning initiatives across the organization and functional learning activities of the assigned business units including defining the learning approach, designing content, managing stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring training delivery, evaluating trainings’ impact, and working on reports and dashboards.
- Searching for the most appropriate training vendors and evaluating their capabilities and ensuring trainers and programs selection is following Zain’s L&D set of standards. In addition to Identifying, monitoring, and controlling the quality of all suppliers’/ partners’ deliverables.
- Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within allocated budget as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programs.
- Evaluating training and development programs and monitoring the progress of trainees through post assessments and interviews with their managers to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Researching new technologies and methodologies in the field of learning and development, including informal learning initiatives and organizational development interventions. As well as introducing e-learning tools and techniques.
- Prepare both classroom and e-learning courses٫ workshops and Zain Academy training calendar. In addition to communicating and following-up with both employees, management, and suppliers/partners to achieve best deliverables.
What We Need From You
To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
