Overall Purpose Of The Role
The Brand Ambassador / Beauty Advisor is responsible for representing the brand within the airport Duty Free environment, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a premium brand experience for international travelers. This role focuses on promoting beauty products, engaging customers, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand’s professional image and standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Actively approach and engage airport passengers to promote and sell beauty and fragrance products
- Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance based on customer needs
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Demonstrate products and conduct mini-consultations when required
- Represent the brand professionally at all times, reflecting its image and values
- Maintain excellent grooming standards and professional appearance
- Ensure brand counters are clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Deliver exceptional customer service to international travelers
- Build rapport quickly with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Create a memorable luxury shopping experience
- Maintain stock levels and support inventory management
- Follow airport security and Duty-Free regulations
- Support promotional activities and campaigns
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a passion for customer service
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- High level of English (mandatory); additional languages are a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
- Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, fragrance, or luxury retail preferred
- Experience in Duty Free, airport retail, or travel retail is a strong advantage
This is a part-time opportunity (26 hours per week) for an initial nine-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
