We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Amman. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience within the construction and/or manufacturing sectors, with preferable exposure to the Gulf market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Handle technical, engineering, and operational hiring requirements
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
• Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes
• Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding procedures
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Prior experience recruiting for construction and/or manufacturing companies
• Gulf market recruitment experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of technical and project-based hiring
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
