Job Title: Junior Marketing & Social Media Officer - Arabic Speaker

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day marketing execution across social media,
campaigns, engagement, and community growth. This role is ideal for early-career professional looking to build hands-on
experience in digital marketing within a fast-growing, regulated fintech environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Manage and publish content across social media channels
● Support the execution of marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives
● Assist with basic performance tracking and reporting on social and campaign metrics
● Assist with graphics, visuals, and copy for campaigns.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on campaign delivery
● Support daily marketing operations, content calendars, and ad hoc projects
● Ensure all communications follow brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or communications.
● Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
● Basic skills in content and design creation (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
● Good written and verbal communication skills in English and fluency in Arabic.
