Note* This role requires relocation to Riyadh, KSA.
Our client is a leading digital health and telemedicine platform operating at scale across the Middle East, delivering millions of interactions across virtual consultations, pharmacy, diagnostics, and remote care. With a mature product suite already live and a 500+ person organisation, the business is now focused on scaling and localising its digital products as it expands further in Saudi Arabia through large, high-impact government and enterprise partnerships.
They are hiring a Product Manager based in Riyadh to take end-to-end ownership of key consumer and platform features, working closely with engineering, design, clinical teams, and medical operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built and shipped consumer-facing digital products, brings a strong customer-first, outcome-driven mindset, and enjoys solving real user and business problems in complex, regulated environments. The focus is on improving adoption, refining workflows, and delivering measurable impact — not idea-stage experimentation or consulting-style product work.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer-facing features and platforms
- Identify user problems through data, user research, and stakeholder inputs, and convert them into clear product requirements
- Write high-quality PRDs with clear problem statements, success metrics, edge cases, and rollout plans
- Work closely with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions
- Lead enterprise and partner rollouts (insurance providers, employers, pharmacies) with clear documentation and communication
- Define and track product metrics, analyze outcomes, and iterate rapidly
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- 3+ years of pure product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing apps (healthtech, fintech, marketplaces, or similar)
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability—can break down ambiguous problems into actionable steps
- Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise or large-scale rollouts with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong execution discipline
- A growth mindset—curious, data-driven, and always looking to improve the product and yourself
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
