We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and schedules efficiently
- Act as the main liaison between the CEO and employees, clients, and stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and follow up on action items
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and prepare reports
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO when required
- Maintain and update the CEO’s contact database
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Conduct research and prepare analytical reports as directed
- Screen calls and manage information flow professionally
- Ensure availability of office supplies for the CEO’s office
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 4–6 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with data analysis and CRM systems is a plus
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
