Role Purpose
The Senior Marketing Executive is a high-level execution and coordination role, responsible for delivering complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns with minimal supervision. The role supports strategy through advanced implementation, optimization, and cross-department coordination, but does not manage staff.
This role is the engine of delivery between strategy and results.
Key Responsibilities
1) Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across:
- Digital
- Social media
- Showrooms
- Events & activations
- Coordinate between marketing, sales, agencies, suppliers, and finance
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget
2) Digital Coordination & Alignment
- Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketer to align performance marketing, lead generation, and digital campaigns with overall brand and sales objectives.
3) Content & Brand Execution
- Write, edit, and approve marketing copy in Arabic & English
- Ensure all visuals and messages follow brand guidelines
- Brief designers, videographers, and agencies
4) Sales & Lead Support
- Work closely with sales teams to:
- Improve lead quality
- Increase showroom visits
- Support test-drive bookings
- Track conversion feedback from sales
5) Events & Activations
- Execute and coordinate:
- Launch events
- Mall displays
- Roadshows
- Exhibitions
- Ensure branding, customer journey, and media coverage are correctly implemented
6) Reporting & Optimization
- Prepare:
- Campaign reports
- Digital performance dashboards
- Event results
- Provide insights to improve ROI and sales impact
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Experience
4–6 years in marketing execution, digital campaigns, and brand activation
Technical Skills
- Meta Ads, Google Ads
- CRM & lead management
- Excel & PowerPoint (Excellent)
- Creative briefing & production coordination (Excellent)
Languages
Fluent in Arabic & English
