Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, executing strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating exceptional customer and tenant experiences. The role will also involve contributing to the redesign and reinvention of TAJ as an innovative and dynamic retail, entertainment, and lifestyle hub.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, project execution, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of retail, hospitality, or entertainment industries is advantageous.
- Adaptability, a creative mindset, and a commitment to delivering transformative customer experiences.
- Proficiency in relevant business and project management tools.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
