Position Summary:
User Acquisition plays a critical role in scaling our games by identifying, acquiring, and retaining high-value users across target markets. This role sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and strategy in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment where insights evolve rapidly. Success requires strong analytical judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data signals into profitable growth decisions.
As a User Acquisition Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of UA strategy and execution for assigned titles, acting as a key growth partner to product, game, and creative teams. You will help shape long-term acquisition strategies while continuously optimizing performance through experimentation, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the long-term user acquisition strategy for assigned games with full accountability for growth, efficiency, and profitability
- Own forecasting, budget planning, and performance targets across all UA channels, optimizing for LTV, ROAS, and payback
- Drive a structured experimentation roadmap through testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels
- Drive a relentless culture of experimentation on all key existing channels, while also ideating and establishing new UA funnels for the game you are in charge of
- Own creative strategy in close partnership with marketing artists, setting clear hypotheses and success criteria
- Build and maintain a high-velocity creative testing framework that feeds learnings into both UA and product decisions
- Act as the primary growth partner to game and game teams, ensuring tight alignment between acquisition strategy, product roadmap, live operations, and monetization
- Communicate performance insights, risks, and opportunities clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
- Stay ahead of industry trends, privacy changes, attribution shifts, and competitor strategies, proactively adapting acquisition approaches
- Contribute to UA best practices, frameworks, and scalable processes across the organization
Experience & Background:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games or consumer apps, with demonstrated ownership of performance outcomes
- Proven experience managing and optimizing sizable UA budgets with clear ROI, and growth targets
- Strong understanding of mobile UA ecosystems, including privacy changes, attribution limitations, and evolving measurement frameworks
- Solid knowledge with mobile ad tech, including attribution providers, measurement tools, and programmatic ecosystems
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable decisions.
- Strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and comfort operating with high autonomy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across disciplines
- Genuine passion for mobile games and growth-driven product development
Nice to have:
- Advanced Excel or financial modeling skills
- Working knowledge of SQL
- App Store Optimization experience
- Familiarity with ad monetization technologies and systems
- Strong understanding of Arab mobile gamers' preferences and behaviors
