Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a
Senior Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who can drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and support the sales team in achieving business objectives within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate high-quality leads and close sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound inquiries from prospective and existing customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximize value.
- Maintain accurate sales activities, call records, and customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and pending orders to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Participate actively in promotional campaigns, sales events, and marketing initiatives.
- Escalate customer complaints or complex inquiries to the Team Leader or Supervisor when required.
- Meet and consistently exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Support and guide junior sales representatives when needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.
- Perform any additional sales-related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any major is acceptable).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English
- Solid customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Good computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Residents of Amman only.
