About the Role:
We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our team and handle both local and international purchasing, including supplier relations, negotiations, and overall support of supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all purchasing operations in line with company policies.
- Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to secure the best value.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to analyze needs and plan purchasing activities.
- Monitor shipments and verify compliance with required specifications.
- Maintain accurate purchasing documentation and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in a Procurement role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
