Job Overview:
Centric Prime is hiring an Architect / Designer on behalf of one of our clients. In this role, you will work on designing both interior and exterior spaces for a variety of business needs.
The ideal candidate has experience in retail design, conceptual development for new business ideas, space planning for existing businesses, and architectural transformations for buildings. You will help create functional, modern, and innovative environments across different project types.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop interior and exterior design concepts for new business ideas, retail environments, and commercial spaces.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animated video walkthroughs to visually communicate design concepts, materials, lighting, and spatial flow.
• Create space plans, layouts, and visual design directions for updating or improving existing businesses.
• Assist in architectural design projects including building upgrades, redesigns, and modern transformations.
• Produce conceptual designs, sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings.
• Prepare 2D architectural plans and 3D visualizations for client approval.
• Work with existing building structures to propose functional and aesthetic improvements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers when necessary.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with interior design, retail design, and architectural trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience designing both interior and exterior spaces.
• Experience in retail design, commercial spaces, and conceptual business design.
• Experience in 3D video design and rendering
• Ability to redesign older buildings and create modern, functional upgrades.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, and/or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural planning, space utilization, and design principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
