Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure client success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a marketing, advertising, media, or digital agency environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network within the Jordanian business community is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
