📌Job Summary:
The Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for supporting the development, articulation, and execution of company’s digital strategy across group and international operations. The role ensures alignment of digital initiatives with business objectives, governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture standards, while driving value realization through structured planning, prioritization, and performance tracking.
🎯Key Responsibilities:
- Support the definition and continuous refinement of our digital strategy and roadmap aligned with business growth and operational efficiency objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and programs.
- Contribute to defining the Digital North Star architecture and capability model.
- Facilitate alignment between HQ Digital Strategy and country-level execution teams.
- Work closely with D&T team to ensure strategy alignment with target architecture and standards.
- Ensure integration of digital initiatives across TMS, ERP, Data platforms, and operational systems
- Support digital transformation initiatives across international subsidiaries (Europe & Pakistan)
- Define and track digital KPIs and value realization metrics (e.g., automation rate, cost efficiency, service performance)
- Develop executive dashboards and reports for leadership team
- Monitor program progress and highlight risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
📌Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Media, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in digital strategy, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems), and emerging digital trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
