💡Job Summary:
The Digital Strategy Manager will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and continuous enhancement of digital strategy and transformation roadmap. The role focuses on translating business objectives into actionable digital initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, target architecture, technology capabilities, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital strategy, transformation consulting, and business advisory, preferably gained through leading Strategy / Consulting firms, with a proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, define digital operating models, and drive value realization across complex organizations.
📌Key Responsibilities:
- Support the definition and continuous refinement of TAWAL’s digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business growth, operational excellence, and transformation objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable digital initiatives, programs, and transformation portfolios.
- Contribute to defining the Digital North Star architecture, capability model, and future-state digital vision.
- Drive alignment between HQ Digital Strategy and country-level execution teams across international subsidiaries (Europe & Pakistan).
- Collaborate closely with the Digital & Technology (D&T) team to ensure alignment between digital strategy, enterprise architecture, technology standards, and target operating models.
- Ensure effective integration of digital initiatives across key platforms including TMS, ERP, Data platforms, and operational systems.
- Support enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, ensuring successful execution and adoption across business units.
- Define, monitor, and report digital KPIs and value realization metrics, including automation levels, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and service performance improvements.
- Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, and insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Monitor transformation program progress, identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and support the development of mitigation plans.
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and digital maturity assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Support stakeholder engagement and governance activities across business, technology, and transformation teams.
🎯Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Strategy, Digital Transformation, Management Consulting, or Strategy Consulting roles.
- Proven experience working within leading Strategy / Consulting firms (e.g., Big 4, global strategy consultancies, or equivalent) with exposure to digital transformation engagements.
- Strong experience in developing digital strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and transformation frameworks.
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs across complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, digital platforms, ERP systems, data ecosystems, and technology capabilities.
- Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
