Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Media Buyer role based in Amman, Jordan. The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing media across digital and traditional channels to meet client objectives and maximize return on investment. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing audience data, monitoring campaign performance, optimizing media placements, and adjusting budgets and bids based on results. The role involves collaborating closely with account managers, creative teams, and media strategists to ensure campaigns align with client goals and brand guidelines. The Media Buyer will also track market trends, maintain relationships with media vendors, and prepare clear performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong media planning and media buying skills, with experience managing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in media strategy and analytical skills to interpret data, optimize performance, and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with media vendors, and present results to clients.
- Experience using media and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic tools, Google Analytics or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an agency or media buying role, preferably within digital advertising, is a strong plus.
- Comfort working in a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive environment, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
