Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Engineer located in Amman, Jordan. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction and fit-out projects. Daily tasks include preparing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards, coordinating with project teams, and monitoring project progress to ensure deadlines and quality metrics are met. The Technical Engineer will also collaborate with design teams and communicate effectively with clients to address project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in technical drafting, engineering design, and CAD software
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including budgeting and scheduling
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing interior fit-out and finishing projects preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
