Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs with internal departments
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Insurance, or a related field (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Insurance experience is an advantage
Compensation:
• Commission-based position (no fixed base salary)
• High commission rates with strong earning potential for top performers
