ECOVIS Arab International Bureau is looking for a highly skilled (Senior Governance & Internal Controls Specialist) to join its professional practice.
Role Description:
This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong governance expertise with a solid accounting and financial experiences, and who is eager to contribute to developing high-quality advisory services for a Diverse portfolio of clients with the below mentioned tasks:
• Design and implement corporate governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Develop organizational structures and delegation of authority (DOA) matrices.
• Support governance, audit, and advisory engagements across multiple clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to deliver practical and effective solutions.
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s governance advisory services.
• Assess and enhance internal control systems and risk management frameworks.
• Prepare professional reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in governance, internal controls, and risk management
• Strong experiences in accounting, financial reporting, and IFRS.
• Strong command of Arabic and English (written & spoken).
