We are looking for a data-driven and customer-focused CRM Specialist to join our marketing team and play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
About the Role
As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns focused on cross-sell, up-sell, and retention. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure impactful customer engagement initiatives aligned with business goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for enhancing the customer journey through data and personalization.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns targeting cross-sell, up-sell, and retention opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on campaign planning and tailor local engagement initiatives for maximum partner-level and overall impact.
• Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, and other departments to ensure proactive customer engagement and follow-up on CRM metrics.
• Create dashboards and reports at segment and user levels.
• Continuously propose and manage enhancements to CRM platform features and functionalities.
• Ensure CRM evolution aligns with customer journey needs and market trends.
• Leverage analytics to segment customers, identify high-value opportunities, and personalize offers.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and consistent use of customer insights across marketing and sales.
• Partner with data teams to develop predictive models for cross-sell and retention.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly CRM performance reports.
• Measure campaign ROI, track improvements in customer engagement, and propose next steps.
• Present CRM insights and performance updates to management, linking them to overall business objectives.
Nice to Have
• Experience in food delivery apps or fast-paced digital platforms
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience working with data teams and predictive analytics
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in CRM, Campaign Management, or Food Delivery App companies
