Job Summary
The Quality Control Officer is responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications. The role ensures that
all outputs meet company, industry, and regulatory requirements by identifying defects, documenting results, and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections of products to ensure compliance with BOM specifications, customer
requirements, and production standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control protocols and systems to ensure consistent production quality across all batches.
- Monitor and interpret product-related quality data to identify trends, deviations, and root causes of
issues, supporting data-driven corrective actions.
- Partner with production and other operational departments to address immediate quality concerns and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain detailed inspection records, quality reports, and documentation to support internal and
external audits.
- Perform internal product reviews to verify that outputs meet regulatory and customer standards.
- Support quality-related initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and minimize defects.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the direct manager related to QC activities.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in quality control, inspection, or testing roles in a manufacturing, production, or service environment.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, testing methods, and inspection techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Integrity and reliability when dealing with quality-related issues.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple inspections.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
