Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor position located in Amman, Jordan. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, managing appointments, consulting on aftersales services, and coordinating vehicle maintenance or repair jobs. Additional responsibilities include establishing effective communication with customers and team members to maintain a seamless workflow and exceptional service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service excellence.
- Outstanding Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and the internal team.
- Understanding of Aftersales processes and the ability to guide customers through post-purchase services.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a similar role or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
