Jeeny is a mobile application that facilitates daily commuting and transportation, connecting users with their preferred mode of transport. Established in 2014 as Easy Taxi, it was rebranded in 2016 to expand its services. Jeeny operates in Saudi Arabia and Jordan, with offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute key HR operational processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, and HR compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace guidelines
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws
- Support HR process automation and system improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Assist in the implementation and execution of company-wide HR initiatives, including performance management, training, and employee engagement programs
- Collaborate with HR business partners and talent acquisition teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
- Generate and analyze HR reports related to workforce planning, attrition, employee satisfaction, and other key HR metrics
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and HR best practices in all operational processes
- Assist in handling employee relations matters, supporting investigations, and ensuring fair resolution of workplace issues
- Support the execution of HR projects, including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and HR system upgrades
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a generalist HR role
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to HR processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Passion for improving HR processes, enhancing employee experiences, and driving operational excellence
