Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Dispatcher Officer for Private Aviation to join our team in Amman. The Dispatcher Officer will coordinate private aviation operations by managing flight schedules, communicating with clients and service providers, verifying travel documents, and ensuring compliance with aviation safety regulations. The role involves handling last-minute scheduling changes, monitoring flight statuses, and ensuring optimal client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a key part of the team, delivering seamless and professional travel experiences.
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Aviation Dispatch / OCC / Flight Operations
- Experience with private jet or VIP operations preferred
- Strong operational coordination and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage)
