Accountabilities and Key Roles:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement related products and services.
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to optimize offerings and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and regulatory requirements to inform product development decisions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments including Compliance, Risk, IT, and Operations. Ensuring requirements alignment with compliance, risk standards, and operational goals.
- Contribute to shaping the product roadmap across Arab Bank, BAAS, and Open Banking initiatives, focusing on Digital Accounts and Virtual IBAN by identifying opportunities, providing analysis, and supporting execution efforts.
- Streamline banking operations and processes related to consumer digital solutions digital accounts utilizing the application of AI technologies
- Lead the requirements gathering and support the delivery of consumer digital solutions, ensuring alignment with operational needs and a focus on improving customer experience, efficiency, and innovation
- Support the development of scalable, reusable, and modular solutions by advocating for the use of APIs and service-oriented architectures across multiple initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product analysis or management within the financial technology or banking sector.
