Purpose/objective of the position:
Support the Program Manager in projects design, planning, administration, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project activities, data analysis and progress reporting, and enhance teamwork and capacity building in order to ensure the delivery of quality aid to beneficiaries and their communities.
Main Responsibilities:
Program
In coordination with the Technical Team leaders, prepare, follow up and update project activities work plans, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation in compliance with the defined project strategy and donor guidelines.
Participate and support the implementation and development of relevant activities including assessment and monitoring.
Directly engage and working closely with organizational partners, including CBOs and local NGOs, to facilitate and ensure effective, high-quality, and smooth implementation of project activities, including but not limited to coordination for all operation related tasks.
Organize and support the technical team with all logistics arrangements required for delivering the planned activities and field visits.
Coordinate with MEAL team to analyze assessment result and provide inputs for developing intervention strategies and budgets based on community needs, cultural and environmental appropriateness and overall feasibility.
Support the Program Manager to draft proposals and project plans to be shared with the stakeholders
Coordination with the partnership and liaison department for local authorities and governmental entities engagement and coordination. Monitor the implementation progress on regular basis and give suggestions on timely manner for corrective actions, if necessary
Attend regular coordination and ad-hoc meetings with field staffs to discuss programme progress and results, develop action plans and take corrective measures as required.
Liaise and maintain regular contact with the stakeholders to maintain strong coordination and engagement as well as represent the organization at field level.
Supervise the operation progress at day to day activiites, that includes but not limited to staff absence, field activites, supporting CBOs, etc.
Ensure project/s materials and documents is well documented and achieved in a systematic way and as per the organization relevant system, platforms and producers.
Administration
Collect and check field financial documents (invoices, receipts, attendance sheets, etc) and guarantee the delivering of them to coordination finance office.
Supervise the payment of project staffs.
Support the Program Manager in the administrative aspects of the recruitment process.
Complete other administrative tasks for Program Manager.
Reporting
Compile data and create reports for the Program Manager
Contribute and ensure that regular reports on field interventions (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) are prepared

Minimum requirements:
Education
BA in International Affairs, Development, International Political Economy or other relevant field.
Professional experience
4 year’s relevant work experience in humanitarian project/programme, including engagement with local organization such as CBOs and local NGO, financial management and logistics responsibilities
Professional requirements
Proposal writing knowledge
Familiarity with international donors is preferred
Strong writing and editing skills in English with close attention to detail
Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet).
Valid driving license.
