We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the COO and CEO. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth daily operations and support executives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle emails, phone calls, and internal/external communications
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Assist with procurement and basic office management tasks
- Coordinate errands and support day-to-day operational needs
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Previous administrative or executive support experience preferred
- Willingness to travel when necessary
- Proficiency with MS Office and common communication tools is an advantage
