Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HVAC maintenance operations.
Supervise a team of 15–20 technicians and staff.
Drive initiatives to acquire new brands and develop additional business lines.
Ensure proper implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Monitor team performance and identify training needs.
Requirements
Proven experience in HVAC maintenance management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
Excellent communication skills; English proficiency required.
Ability to develop and enhance operational efficiency.
