MARS Robotics is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Propulsion Team to support the design, development, and control of internal combustion engine systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical design capabilities, a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals, and a passion for solving complex challenges in a hands-on environment.
What You’ll Work On
- Mechanical design, modeling, and optimization of engine components
- Integration of control systems, sensors, and mechanical subsystems
- Testing, diagnostics, and performance analysis for small propulsion systems
- Collaboration with electrical, software, and control engineering teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering
- GPA > 3.5
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (modeling, assemblies, technical drawings)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink
- Prior work on combustion engines or mechanical testing setups
