Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on the exciting and rapidly growing fields of process automation and agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and a passion for building intelligent systems that can reason, plan, and act autonomously. You will play a crucial role in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that will redefine efficiency and intelligence in smart city and digital transformation domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning, planning, and decision-making to automate a wide range of business processes.
- Build, train, and maintain scalable machine learning models and pipelines for our smart city and smart agriculture platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and domain experts to identify and implement opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
- Conduct research and stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), and process automation technologies.
- Ensure the robustness, scalability, and reliability of our AI systems through rigorous testing, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Contribute to the development of our MLOps practices to streamline the deployment and management of our machine learning models.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI, including techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- A proven track record of successfully building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles and best practices for the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Master's in a relevant field.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks and the development of multi-agent systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A portfolio of projects that demonstrates a strong understanding of both theoretical concepts and practical applications in AI and machine learning.
