We are seeking an Industrial Engineer who can lead apparel production lines with flow, intelligence, and a Lean mindset that turns every day into a step toward higher efficiency and less waste.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Manage and operate garment production lines daily with maximum efficiency.
Improve workflow, reduce cycle time, and enhance resource utilization.
Lead production teams and motivate them to achieve consistent quality and clear output targets.
Apply Lean, Kaizen, 5S principles and transform them into practical actions.
Track operational KPIs, analyze deviations, and implement corrective measures.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Management to ensure smooth and stable operations.
*Required Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing production lines in garment/apparel factories.
Strong proficiency in production line management tools and industrial automation, such as:
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Production planning & scheduling software
Workflow analysis and automation tools
Deep understanding of Lean principles and process optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make fast, effective decisions.
Effective leadership and communication skills on the factory floor.
