Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare basic communication materials such as press notes, announcements, website updates, and portfolio highlights
- Monitor news and media mentions related to the fund, portfolio companies, and relevant sectors
- Assist in creating marketing content including presentations, social media posts, newsletters, and fund updates
- Support research activities by collecting information on markets, competitors, and industry trends
- Help organize internal and external events such as investor meetings, portfolio showcases, and briefings
- Maintain and update the fund’s communication files, contact lists, and content archive
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for reports and marketing materials
- Ensure all communication follows brand guidelines and is approved before release
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or a related field
- Optional helpful certificates: Digital marketing basics, content writing, Google Analytics
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in PR, marketing, communications, research, or related fields
- Internships in marketing, communications, or corporate environments are a plus

- Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills
- Basic research and analytical abilities
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work with presentations and simple design tools (PowerPoint, Canva)
- Professional communication and ability to handle confidential information
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and work in a fast-paced business environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English
