Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Amman, Jordan. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, administering policies, and managing key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Additionally, the role involves fostering a positive workplace culture, conducting training and professional development initiatives, overseeing staff benefits, and driving organizational growth through effective human resource management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Proficiency in developing HR policies, performance management systems, and fostering a positive organizational culture
- Expertise in compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Skills in conflict resolution, employee relations, and communication
- Ability to organize and lead training, development programs, and team performance initiatives
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with HR management systems and software
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an added advantage
