The
Marketing Manager is mainly responsible for developing, executing, and
analyzing marketing strategies for our products. This role will be working
closely with the Operations, Production, and Business Development teams to
ensure a fulfilling customer engagement with our company.<\/span>

Main
Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Design, develop and execute all marketing strategies and programs related to our products; drive demand for our products with creative and innovative marketing practices.<\/span>
<\/li>Analyze new and existing marketing programs to determine effect on sales and augment marketing strategies as necessary.<\/span>
<\/li>Prepare surveys, conduct market analysis and work to maintain strong market intelligence, keeping up to date on consumer and societal trends.<\/span>
<\/li>Implement marketing programs on schedule and maintain detailed evaluations of the effectiveness.<\/span>
<\/li>Devise plans and activities and
supervise the proper execution of them. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Work in tandem with the Business Development,
Operations, and Production teams to<\/span><\/span> come up with new products and trends as per market needs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Work in tandem with the sales team to ensure our message is making it to market and evaluate consumers’ attitudes and feelings toward our products.<\/span>
<\/li>Follow up on advertising campaigns with the Advertising Agency.<\/span>
<\/li>Oversee the production of all sales materials, including presentations, blog posts, advertisements and digital media.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Act as a spokesperson for interactions with all news outlets and media, and represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, conferences and sponsored events.<\/span>
<\/li>Monitor the competitive landscape, research the strategies of our competitors and make recommendations for changes to our own strategies.<\/span>
<\/li>Devise a communication strategy and
plan for the company (social media included) communications strategy.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Assist in product pricing and managing the marketing budget.<\/span>
<\/li>Travel to attend and arrange for trade fairs in which the company participates in.<\/span>
<\/li>Other duties as assigned.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications
& Skills:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Strong experience in all aspects of digital media.<\/span>
<\/li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel.<\/span>
<\/li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.<\/span>
<\/li>Deep knowledge of buyer motivations.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Minimum
Requirements:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Food
and Beverage Marketing Industry experience is a MUST.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience
in a similar role as a manager/ team leader.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Fluency
in English and Arabic.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Ability
and willingness to travel when needed.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Owns
a car.<\/span><\/span>
