The job holder
is responsible for developing and executing the Trade Marketing strategy
of the Brand to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs) with the Brand Team,
responsible for develop, steer and implement marketing activities to increase
the National, execution and benchmarking of all programs designed to increase
brand visibility and Sales volume.<\/span><\/span>

Duties & Responsibilities: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy is in place to
meet both brand and customer expectations.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support Managers in
coordinating the Marketing content for trade partners ( shopper-based placement
and assortment recommendations, promotions and pricing analysis).
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Execute together
Go-To-Market strategies, trade marketing initiatives and measure the success of
implementation in terms of project ROI.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with Field
Representatives to action specific promotional activities in stores and develop
Consumer promotions in collaboration with Brand Manager and National sales
Manager.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify and develop
necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and act
as the key liaison between product team and buyers.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain customer
relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Leads management and process
improvement related to the trade contact database
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinates consumer
research projects with research partner, sets research objectives, gains
alignment on methodology.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Solve trade partners’
issues, cooperating with them and with the Sales & Marketing team.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Report sales needs and
field intelligence to sales / marketing teams.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyse brand sell through
results by channel and make recommendations to increase results.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create and maintain trade
calendar of activities working with both the Sales & Marketing team.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure that product display areas are maintained in local
markets and that they are optimally displayed.

Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or any related field.<\/span>
<\/p>-10 years experience<\/span>

years of Experience in Trade marketing<\/span>
