Job Duties and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>
<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Translates and aligns local market and
consumer information relevant to their brand as incorporated in approved Brand
Strategy to ensure the correct brands positioning and Brand Essence elements
are reflected in marketing activities.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Understands the company strategy and
how it applies to their brand.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Works with the sales team to support
the execution of local plans.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Focuses on collecting and analyzing
the financial information relevant for the brands to be reviewed.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Contributes to the preparation of the
monthly updates by providing relevant cross-functional information and analysis
on his brand.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conducts competitor/ market place
analysis for the brands and proposes options to be considered to determine the
relevant pricing strategy in a given market.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manages ongoing tracking of pricing
activities within the market place relevant for the brands and understanding of
opportunities and risks existing in the local market.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Contributes to the sales efforts, by
having an in-depth understanding of the brands position in the market and by
liaising with the sales team to develop a change to the price of the brand. The
scenarios are discussed with the sales manager then presented for review and
approved or rejected.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepares and develops an Integrated
Marketing Communication Planning Brief specific to the brands.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensures a creative brief is created
for the brands and that brief is well received and explained to
internal/external parties.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Leads the implementation of the agreed
communication plan for the brand, including creative productions,
cross-functional coordination with manufacturing, Customer Service &
Logistics, Sales and Finance, within a framework provided by the Marketing
Director.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Participates in the media planning
process for his/her brand through engagement in the Integrated Marketing
Communication process.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Contributes to the discussion with the
head of Marketing <\/span>to determine the risk
and impact of Media Shifts (shift in time, shift to another vehicle, and shift
to another brand) against achievement of the strategic results.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyzes market information from Sales
department, Consumer Insights and Sales Controllers in order to contribute to
the development of the Trade Promotional <\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Leads the development of the Trade
Promotional Plans that are reviewed by the head of Marketing following specific
input from the management on his brand.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Implements of growth initiatives in
local market for their specific brand(s), including trade materials, sales
communication, launch plan, communication and support, POS execution, etc.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitors volume achievement and
inventory levels for their brands and liaises with the Sales team weekly to
discuss changes in volume in order to propose adjustments to the Sales Manager.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manages budget to deliver
marketing activity within the agreed budget and the budgeted margin.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop an annual and
Quarterly marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Estimates and establishes
cost parameters, budgets, campaigns, and potential ROI.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Performs any other duties
related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.<\/span>

Bachelor Degree in
Marketing or any related field<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>8-10 years of
experience<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Drive Product Portfolio Management (PPM) and Product Road Map (PRM) through optimal product mix and pricing strategies for profitable growth.
<\/span><\/li>Lead the development and implement product launch plans along with stakeholders.
<\/span><\/li>Look at Profit and Loss analysis and profit improvement. Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance profitability
