Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Officer / Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for a fresh graduate or a candidate with up to 2 years of experience who is eager to develop their career in supply chain management.
The selected candidate will support the supply chain, demand-supply planning, forecasting, and updating data to ensure smooth operations across the group. They will be responsible for data collection, report preparation, and following up on material requirements under close supervision to ensure materials flow efficiently throughout the network.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the monthly forecasting process by collecting inputs and updating the forecasts in the system.
- Support in preparing weekly planning reports and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in reviewing and evaluating forecasts by comparing them with historical data, and consumption patterns to support demand accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and forecast accuracy to provide visibility to management and support decision-making.
- Support in identifying variances in forecasts or supply plans and assist in following up on corrective actions.
- Ensure data integrity within ERP and forecasting systems by reviewing open purchase and production orders and following up on lead times.
- Carry out any additional tasks or requirements assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Assist in developing process improvements and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and inventory control.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Languages:
- English: Fluent, both written and verbal
- Arabic: Fluent, both written and verbal
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or procurement (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
