Launched in Jordan and expanding rapidly across the region, we’re looking for a visionary Operations Director to join our leadership team and help shape the future of Foodie.
 About the Role:
As our Operations Director, you’ll be the backbone of our operational strategy and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, design scalable processes, optimize performance, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations as we grow at lightning speed.
 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and develop all operational strategies across markets
Lead and mentor operations teams to achieve KPIs and ensure service excellence
Drive process optimization and implement scalable systems
Coordinate with product, tech, and commercial teams to align operational goals
Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve operational workflows
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards
Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and resource allocation
Support expansion into new markets and operational verticals
🎯 Requirements:
Proven experience as an Operations Director / Head of Operations / Senior Ops Manager
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change
Experience in tech, delivery, food-tech, or startup environments is a strong plus
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
