Facilities Manager
Reports To:
- Administratively - Chief Operations Officer (COO)
- Functionality - Owner's Representative (OR)
Objective(s):
Provide operational leadership and oversight for Kingdom Health’s campus facilities team to ensure facility maintenance and operations meet local and international healthcare and education standards. Manage the facility in an efficient and sustainable manner in a digitally enabled manner that provides quality and availability to support patient care and education.
The role will, during the construction phase, work closely with the OR team to provide technical expertise on all related systems and manage the commissioning and operational readiness of these components.

Qualifications & Skills requirements:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management, preferably in healthcare projects and construction management.
- Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems, Certification preferences (IFMA/CFM), hospital accreditation familiarity, and energy management experience.
- Knowledge of local regulations and international building codes.
- Knowledge and usage of ERP, BMS, and related systems capabilities, as well as integration among them.
- Experience in commissioning new facilities is preferred.
