Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven marketing. The Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure that marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Plan and manage paid search, display, retargeting, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Adverts, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize the marketing performance budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on spending and financial performance of campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Continuously explore new marketing channels, tools, and strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts support product launches and other key initiatives.
- Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Have a clear understanding of ROAS, including but not limited to how to calculate, Interpret, factors that can affect ROAS and how to suggest how to make improvements.
- Track and analyse the CPL and CAC across various marketing channels, implementing strategies to reduce costs while maintaining or improving lead quality and customer acquisition rates.
Qualifications and Experience
- 4+ years experience in a performance marketing role; experience with B2B is a must.
- Arabic speaking is a must plus very good english.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media, display, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Inhouse performance marketing experience is a must.
