Job Purpose:
Responsible for management of the maintenance check from the pre-input meeting, induction, execution, and post-check stage to drive C-check profitability, progressive card closure, optimized flow, and turn-around-time (TAT) performance.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous process improvement and increasing efficiencies in the execution and delivery, with safety as a priority.
- Liaise mainly with Technical Planning and Resource Operation departments amongst other departments to ensure a seamless, efficient and high-performance workflow.
- Support APM to ensure all Production and Planning targets (Quality/ Safety, on time delivery, Cost) are achieved as agreed.
- Actively engaged with Pre-input/ Production Planning regarding work package evaluation, material, tool availability and execution.
- Engage with Operations Resource and APM to ensure that all assigned staff have the appropriate knowledge and the right skill for the assigned tasks and that appropriate certification privileges and customer interface training requirements are met for the assigned tasks.
- Ensure all work pack tasks are progressively signed by assigned staff and are duly certified by the C certifier during the aircraft maintenance input.
- Manage Work Pack specialist to ensure the work package task cards are properly, printed, assembled, accounted, and scanned to Airvault or customer-designated recipient.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
- Valid B1 or B2 license is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Part145 Regulations regarding aircraft maintenance, production control, and record keeping.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, ERP systems and Empower MX advanced proficiency.
