Build university partnerships
You connect with career counselors across Jordan’s top universities and keep an eye on the next generation of brilliant minds. You spot potential early, build relationships with student leaders, and make sure CMA is on every ambitious graduate’s radar.
Reach into schools to spot early talent
You think long-term. You build relationships with school counselors and teachers to identify the future innovators, creators, and leaders, long before they hit the job market. You help plant the idea that CMA is where bright minds come to grow.
Write interview questions
You don’t rely on generic questions, you craft thoughtful prompts that get people to open up. You know how to go beyond rehearsed answers to uncover how someone thinks, learns, and solves problems. Your questions make people pause, reflect, and reveal who they really are.
Run first interviews that reveal true potential
You lead crisp, insightful online interviews that go beyond the CV. You know how to read between the lines, identifying curiosity, drive, and depth. Your judgment helps decide who advances to the next stage.
