About the Role: The role requires strong experience in land, sea, and air freight operations, as well as exceptional communication skills in English to effectively manage coordination and negotiation with partners.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company’s logistics and supply chain operations across multiple regions.
- Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics processes across land, sea, and air freight modes.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, suppliers, and distributors.
- Ensure accuracy of shipping documentation and compliance with local and international regulation
- Optimize logistics workflows and suggest improvements in transportation and warehousing.
- Lead and mentor junior logistics staff.
- Prepare logistics reports and performance dashboards for management review.
- Handle escalations and resolve logistics-related issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in land, sea, and air freight operations.
- Experience in managing logistics in FMCG, distribution, or retail environments.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) – clear and professional communication is critical.
- Excellent coordination and negotiation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of logistics processes, transportation management, and documentatins.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Leadership experience in supervising logistics teams.
