Accountabilities:

Efficiently manage the Manager's schedule , appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
Acts as the primary focal point of contact between the Manager and all stakeholders.
Maintain and build strong relationships with executives and clients.
Exercise confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.

Experience & Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
4+ years of experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
