About the Company
Our client is a prestigious new resort and wellness . The group is expanding its operations in Jordan and is looking for a talented Human Resources Manager to join its team in Amman.
Position Overview
The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. This role requires a strong leader capable of aligning HR strategy with business goals while supporting employee engagement, training, and talent development across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall vision and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff for the resort and wellness departments.
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Lead training and development programs to promote continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Partner with department heads to identify talent gaps and succession planning needs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of well-being and collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in hospitality, luxury resorts, or wellness centers.
- Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Passion for hospitality, wellness, and people development.
