The quality assurance supervisor will assist the Operations Manager responsibilities by supervising quality assurance policies and procedures of all F&B outlets, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction, productivity, maximization of revenue and resources, and effective control.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prepares and implements quality assurance policies and procedures to meet the quality standards and requirements.
- Creates quality measurements to track improvement in products
- Develops quality assurance standards and company processes to ensure products meet customer expectations and demand.
- Works closely with the development team to improve existing products.
- Develops a workflow for product inspection to ensure quality sustainability.
- Develops quality plans to help the organization to manage waste
- Performs routine inspections and quality tests to ensure quality sustainability.
- Addresses and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors to ensure quality sustainability and take corrective action if needed.
- Documents quality assurance activities and creating audit reports to ensure quality sustainability.
- Creates training materials and operating manuals to increase employees’ knowledge and improve their skills.
- Tracks local and international regulations to ensure Complains with both.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science
- 7+ years of experience
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
