We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to lead our online business operations and digital marketing activities, driving growth, visibility, and customer engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Oversee and optimize the performance of the company’s online store, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and user-friendly shopping experience.
Plan, manage, and monitor all digital marketing campaigns — including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, and performance marketing — across both offline and online business channels.
Lead the coordination of product listings, content updates, pricing, and promotions across all digital platforms.
Analyze and interpret website analytics, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Track, measure, and report key e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic sources, and ROI on marketing spend.
Manage relationships with external partners including digital agencies, vendors, and media platforms.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly digital marketing plans aligned with overall marketing & business transformation goals.
- Identify target audiences in modern trade (hypermarkets, specialty stores, electronics chains) and define channel strategy (social media, display ads, search, email, mobile & app) tailored to those audiences.
- Integrate offline shopper data / in-store insights with digital analytics to refine strategy.
Digital Media Buying
- Plan and manage digital media buying strategies across performance platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, and display networks).
- Negotiate and optimize media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels to achieve campaign KPIs.
- Collaborate with agencies or in-house teams to ensure data-driven targeting, bidding, and retargeting strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and ROI optimization recommendations.
- Stay updated on digital media trends, algorithms, and ad tech tools to maintain competitive edge.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to align media buying with brand objectives and commercial priorities.
- Supervise the implementation of tracking pixels, conversion tags, and analytics dashboards to ensure full funnel measurement.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (paid social, search, display, video, retargeting) to promote products, promotions, and new launches.
- Oversee creative asset production (images, video adverts, creatives) ensuring brand consistency, high visual impact, and suitability for local markets (language, culture).
- Manage content calendar and coordinate with Content, Videographer, and Trade teams to supply materials.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising tools.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies and online sales techniques.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
